Hi! I'm considering getting a deep plane neck lift and buccal fat removal to address lower face fullness I've had my whole lift. I'm only 34 and thin (BMI 21) but have always had a round face. I have dimples on both cheeks and am worried the procedure will impact that. I've read that during some of the lifts, they release ligaments and am worried my dimples would someone become untethered. Can this happen? I love my dimples!
