I am 29, 5’8”, 140 lbs. I don’t carry a lot of extra fat on my body, but my neck / chin area has always bothered me. Would a neck lift help to seaparate my neck / chin? Or is there a less invasive procedure that would give similar results?

Answer: Jawline/neck lipo with facetite/morpheus should be your best new friend.
This is a cobra neck deformity with also some excess loose skin overlying it. The solution is revisionary neck-lift surgery. I would recommend a complete revision facelift/necklift as the extra skin must be pulled into the face and/or around the ears.
