6 months post deep plane facelift and neck lift. Great job getting rid of my jowls and turkey neck, but it's like the cartilage structure in my throat has dropped and relaxed. I understand that removing excess skin and fat make the neck structure more visible, but I've compared pics and my throat was not nearly this prominent. Can this be remedied w/under chin incision alone Does the cobra neck cause the adam's apple to press down and out? I'm 60, trying to be reasonable.

Thank you for your query. A neck lift may not be a good solution to this. A scar revision, MNRF or stem cell injections will help remodel the scar better. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
