I was advised by a plastic surgeon recently to not have a neck lift as I am too young (36 years) but my skin is really sagging and at this point, I don’t feel like I can take it. Based on the photo, can you please tell me if I am a good candidate or if I am too young? If too young, what are my options?

Answer: Too young for a Necklift? I don't think that you are too young for a neck lift and I think that you would likely see considerable improvement. I think that your best choices are cervical liposuction with extensive skin redraping or a necklift. I have done plenty of patients in their 30's who were very happy with their results.

Answer: Sometimes age doesn't matter. If you need it, You just need it. From the photo you would do well with a lower face/neck lift under local. It is easy to undergo and makes a dramatic natural look. In just 2 days you see a huge improvement.
