if this is an HA filler It can be reversed however this "look" is typically silicone or a permanent filler that would need to be surgically removed or tried to Improve with 5fu/steroid injections.  Best, Dr.Emer.

If you have had lip fillers that lasted 10 years and are now creating lumps and bumps it's likely that you got silicone injected rather than hyaluronic acid.  Silicone can create swelling, inflammation, hard lumps, soft lumps, and shifting.  This material needs to be removed,  We can do an in office lip reduction where parts of the injected silicone are excised.  In the short term, steroids can be injected to manage the swelling.  There are options but you'll need a facial plastic surgeon.

Unfortunately, this looks like silicone/biopolymer injection. These injections are usually performed illegally. Hyaluronidase injection will not help. I would schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your treatment options. Usually this needs to be removed surgically.
