Hi doctors. I have been having filler for 6 years, during these years, I have tried looking everywhere but never found any doctor that can fill the centre of my lips. It always ends up looking like this. Please let me know why it's like this. My friend's results are all amazing, is there sth wrong with me? If I want it to shape like normal filler injected lips, what should I do?

Lip fillers and around the mouth can help balance larger features like chin and cheeks. I suggest a lip plumper regularly (see link) and fillers, but you may want a formal evaluation/possible lip lift or more permanent solution. Best, Dr. Emer.
It is possible to improve the scar tissue that seems to be developing with either steroid treatments or perhaps surgical excision of the scar. I would see a facial plastic surgeon in your area.
Hello and thanks for your question. It would be best to have all the area addressed. lower face filler in the chin and labiomental crease would be a god option alongside lip filler to harmonise the whole lower face. Always seek a qualified and experienced practitioner, best wishes
