So my lower lip curls / hangs over my chin as depicted by the left picture. It is annoying as I can’t properly show my lip shape or wear lip liner on the middle part of my lower lip. Is there any way to fix this (ideally non surgically)?

Hi,
Thanks for your question and your pictures. 
I would like to to assess your whole face i.e. lips and chin before treatment with fillers if you had fillers in your lips in the past. 
My approach is to treat the face as a whole unit and focus
and highlighted some areas such as lips,checks and chin in order
to create more balance and proportion with your whole
face and achieve a natural looking results. 
I suggest to make a consultation
with an experienced aesthetic doctor in facial anatomy and
treatments for a detailed assessment in order to consider the right
approach including for example dissolving the filler (if
required) and re-filled them and consider also to treat the chin area if required.

yes you can add fillers to the chin and below the lip as well as threads to help this area. It will never be like the photo you are showing but will be improved.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hi there,

The best way to treat this non-surgically would be dissolving the filler if there is filler in your lips and re-injecting filler to create the anatomy of the lips you want.

Hi there,Yes! Definitely see a certified physician to to discuss filler in the chin and below the lip area.If you have filler in the bottom lip I would suggest dissolving as well.See an expert... Best of luck..
