I consulted with an oculoplastic surgeon in Chino Hills California that said it would be ok to workout a few days after upper eyelid surgery. I've been doing research and they all say to hold off on your workouts for 2-3 weeks. Can I workout a few days after eyelid surgery?

This appears to be a subconjuctival hemorrhage. It looks worse than it is. It is simply a bruise on the surface of the eye. Because the "skin" of the eye is so thin, the bruise looks very red. This will go away in a week or two.
Small cysts which form along the incision line are fairly common after upper blepharoplasty surgery. The vast majority of these will go away on their own but can take a long time. It really takes 12-18 months to fully mature an upper blepharoplasty incision. I would recommend leaving the bumps...
