Hello, I am thinking of getting chin lipo and buccal fat removal. I have a lot of fat in my cheeks as you can see, even in the cheekbone area. If I get buccal fat removal will the top part of my cheek start to sag or cause my face to sag? In other words, can my top cheek be too heavy and need the buccal fat for support? Also, can chin/neck lipo drastically change the shape of my face if dr stays below jawline and doesn't work on the jaw? Thank you!
