I have fat neck rolls with creases. Can I get chin and neck liposuction to remove the fat? (photos)

Question

I have these neck rolls that were always there since I was a child and believe this to be genetic though I haven't seen this on my parents and family members..Is it fat underneath and can I get chin and neck liposuction done to remove the fat? It also creates these lines and it creates so much embarrassment for me because I am 5'2 and of a normal weight so even at my lowest weight I would have this with the creases ( though abit less fat I'd say).. please would appreciate your advice!

"Injecting soft fillers like Belotero in this area can reduce lines, wrinkles and folds as well as improve skin texture with long-term collagen production. Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill. Of course, fillers are best used in combination with lasers and microneedling​ with PRP to get the optimal outcome.

Thank you for your question and sharing your photographs.
This is indeed an issue with genetic determination and a significant challenge for corrective surgery.
Liposuction alone will not produce enough impact because the areas of attachment of the skin to the neck (the grooves) are relatively deep. Liposuction can be combined with fat transfer to the areas that are depressed to improve the texture.
Additional options include releasing the undersurface of the skin so that it can redrape, in combination with reduction in thickness, but it may require some skin tightening behind the ears.

Thank you for sharing the photos. Unfortunately you have cropped them too low which makes assessment of your chin difficult. Chin is often assessed in relation to the nose and forehead and this is not possible in the photos you have attached. Nevertheless, you seem to have a deficient chin , although to a mild degree. Liposuction is certainly a very effective option for reducing bulk in the neck, however not the chin. Additionally, any fat reduction in your chin is likely to give you a more deficient and cosmetically less acceptable chin. You would perhaps benefit considering neck liposuction, but chin augmentation with a small implant to improve shape and definition of your chin and jawline.

Most likely your best course of action is neck  Liposuction with injecting fillers under the skin lines.

This may not give a complete resolution but should give a nice improvement.

Liposuction alone will not take care of the skin lines in the skin lines can be treated separately. Probably the best result is treating both as described above.
