I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "lifting the chin" of why you had the implant removed in the first place. If it was removed right, they probably closed the tissues on top of your bone such that you could get filler again. I'm not sure what removing the skin under the chin would do. And yes, there are implants that only add projection or are small- there's a whole host of implants out there that all do different things, AND you could even design a custom one if you needed it. It happens that after implant removal chin pad does not reattach to old position and creates sagging look. This condition can be treated with precise fixation to the chin bone with suspension sutures, smaller implant or volume augmentation with filler or fat grafts.
