I want to lift my chin but I have complex anatomy. I had a chin implant put in and then removed a year later. Because my chin pad has been removed from my bone twice, my chin anatomy is not the same as the average persons. I’m worried dermal filler will weigh my chin down because my chin isn’t as adhered to my bone. Is that a possibility? I had a surgery to cut out some skin under my chin to lift my chin. That barely did anything. Are there chin implants that are tiny and ONLY for projection?
