I hav a weird shape chin with a chin dimple and was wondering if there is a medical term for what mine is and if it is possible to get a chin implant or any chin augmentation surgery to achieve a V shape chin?

You might be a candidate for a prejowl implant to improve the transition from chin to jawline. In addition, botox to the mentalis muscle will reduce the dimple effect.

Injectable dermal fillers or collagen stimulators can also be used to add volume to the chin, should you want to experiment with changing your face shape prior to undergoing surgery. 
The results from injectable treatments can last for a year or more, while chin implants are permanent unless removed. Hello! Absolutely, a chin implant can be a great option to create a better appearance of the chin. There are different types such as silicone and MedPor. The size in terms of how far out the implant sticks, and the shape, can all be tailored to your desires. As for dimpling, many times that's the muscle underneath which responds well to Botox. Botox as you may know needs repeating roughly every 3-4 months to keep consistent results. A genioplasty is another option which involves bone cuts and plates to achieve a new chin position and shape. Both have pros and cons. Hope this helps!

Chin implants simply augment a recessive and weak chin when your mandible has not grown far enough forward. Chin implants augment mostly in the forward direction, but also give improved width, and a small amount of vertical height. The implants are placed through a small incision underneath the chin under local anesthesia.

To make a facial assessment we need proper pictures of your full face showing both the front and lateral views.Because each part of the face looks the way it does in relationship to the rest of the face we need to see the entire head.

Your pictures are insufficient to make an assessment. Most likely your mandible is small in relationship to your maxilla.
A deficient mandible can be deficient in its body or in the mentalis or chin region.
Deficiency in size can be both vertical and horizontal.
I suggest having a few in person consultations with local oral surgeons or plastic surgeons.
Most of the facial aesthetic issues related to young people is based on bone structure and oral surgeons typically take a bone first approach. Soft tissue coverage tends to be very consistent from person to person and what differentiates individual peoples appearance is usually based on their bone structure.
For that reason soft tissue made up elation is often limited in what he can achieve.

Unfortunately chin implants have shapes which could be less ideal for feminization. However one can carve a different material at the surgery to ensure a proper contour and also reduce the dimple. Even a genioplasty is more ideal for your.goal. Talk to surgeons about their approach
