The first pic I am on the right and the left is my goal face shape. My face is very round and egg like but oblong. I was wondering if a chin implant would make my face more heart shaped like the pic on the left?

However, I do see the the contour and lower face fullness that concerns you. For a more narrow lower face, you can consider buccal fat removal and botox to the masseter muscles, both of which can slenderize the face and give the desired heart shape. You can also consider filler to the chin. This will help mimic the look, and is not permanent. If you love the result, than you can commit to the implant. Hope that helps!
