Hi, excellent question. Based on your photo, I think you'd be a great candidate for a chin implant. It would help improve your profile. I think you would also benefit for filler along your jaw to create a stronger jawline.

The photographs demonstrate a recessive chin profile, and a chin implant can certainly argument your mandible forward for better projection. If your teeth are significantly out of alignment, then consider performing a sliding genioplasty by an oral surgeon.

The best approach would be a formal jaw advancement.
You might get different opinions from different providers. Talking to those who can offer all the various options is your course of action.
If you consult with providers who can only do chin implant then they may steer you towards that procedure.
If you choose providers who can do all the operations then you are in a better position to choose the right procedure for your needs.
For that reason I recommend staying with oral surgeons and plastic surgeons who have craniofacial training.
