Would a chin implant be suitable for me Just wondering would I be a candidate for a chin implant considering I have deep labiomental grooves, I’m 22 years old and I’m 5’10, 140lbs

The photographs demonstrate a recessive chin profile, and a chin implant can certainly argument your mandible forward for better projection. If your teeth are significantly out of alignment, then consider performing a sliding genioplasty by an oral surgeon.

They are already deep Labe your mental groove will be made worse by forward augmentation using an implant or sliding genioplasty.
Your mandible is lacking in size and projection but the area where you need augmentation is further back.
Consult with oral surgeons or plastic surgeons with cranial facial surgery background.
Jaw advancement is probably a far better option.
Vertical height augmentation will not worsen your labiomental fold and in the end a conservative forward advancement could be considered but any forward augmentation will deepen the labiomental fold. 
The best approach would be a formal jaw advancement.
You might get different opinions from different providers. Talking to those who can offer all the various options is your course of action.
If you consult with providers who can only do chin implant then they may steer you towards that procedure.
If you choose providers who can do all the operations then you are in a better position to choose the right procedure for your needs.
For that reason I recommend staying with oral surgeons and plastic surgeons who have craniofacial training.
