All ive ever seen is the rounded implants. Are there any where the lowest point is out furthest? My current implant is on my chin flat and the protrusion is a little high

Genioplasty revisions can be done. Not sure when the original procedure was done, but once the bone has healed back up, it is safe to go back in and make adjustment. I would also consider jawline contouring to reduce those bony prominences to create a more unified transition.
