Should I be concerned about possible sagging, laxity or ptosis after chin implant replacement?

I had a silicone chin done 16 years ago, used a small size implant. The chin is too pointed and the lines are not smooth when viewed from the side. Want to replacement smaller implant, The skin will become loose, sagging and dimping?
