Chin implant vs. chin augmentation - what would be best at balancing my face? (Photos)

I’m curious what chin treatment would be best at balancing my face. I have a small round face with petite features. My chin appears to be short but when I smile it seems to protrude . I am not sure if an implant is best or an augmentation, I have a fleshy pad and cleft in my chin I’d like to get of. My end goal is to remove the cleft, fleshy pad, and elongate/balance my already petite features. Any advice is appreciated!

Thank you for your pictures. I think that is a bit too far forward. I would recommend a sliding genioplasty to set your chin back to soften your profile. This can be accomplished inside your lower lip, so no external scars!. From this approach cleft and muscle can be addressed to improve soft tissue contour. Best Wishes.
