What kind of lift would I need as they're positioned very low? (Photo)

Based on your photos, you appear to have just slightly lower than normal nipple position.
One way to improve this is to perform a donut breast lift in order to lift the nipple to a higher position on your breast and chest wall.
Sometimes, breast implants can also be added in order to increase upper pole breast volume.
I would encourage you to seek a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to further discuss your options, specific techniques, concerns and expectations.

A breast augmentation with implants with or without a breast lift can be a really powerful tool to reshape your breasts. The great thing is that just placing implants will often raise the position of your nipples.

In examining your pictures and depending on your measurements, you may be a great candidate for augmentation with implants without a vertical scar. Sometimes, when a small lift is needed, this can be done with a scar just around your nipple and no vertical scar.

Ultimately a formal consultation with measurements will help you create a great plan.

Thank you for the question. Based on your photo, it does not appear that a lift you benefit you, because your nipples are above the level of your breast fold. You might want to consider placement of implant (without lift) which will provide volume and fill the lower part of your breasts. This will in turn provide fuller shape. I hope this helped. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

If you just want to raise your nipple position then a donut mastopexy would do the job just fine without a vertical scar, but in the absence of implants the donut will cause some sentral flattening of your breasts, and you already have that, so at least consider a small implant for shape?

Your nipples are in the correct position, but your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest and this cannot be changed. The base of your breast cannot be moved. If you want some tightening, you might consider minimally invasive radiofrequency treatment like ThermiTight.

You have several things going on. You have a long torso, your breasts are low, but your nipples are centered on your breasts. I’m not sure that a lift is in order. Some questions would be how large you desire and some wish pics to assess if they are realistic.
