How can I fix the animation and skin 5 years post explant? (photos)

That is a difficult problem to fix- I would suggest a lift, removal of the scar tissue adherence on the inside, placement of a sheet of Strattice mesh to provide some separation, and at least consider placing small implants.

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, you appear to have an adhesion between the soft tissue of the breast and the underlying pectoralis muscle. The distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples appears increased and you demonstrate moderate sag. Treatment of the band of internal scar tissue would consist of surgical lysis of adhesions.
