I had implants placed April 2006 the day I tuned 18. I had them removed Dec 2016. They were placed through armpit and under muscle. I had 3 pregnancies and lost 80 lbs and they were bottoming out. So I had them removed. No lift and no muscle repair. I’m 5 years post op and still get animation when I flex and the pockets from old implants make me look like I have a double side boob on both sides. Can a lift and muscle repair fix this or am I stuck this way OR will I have to get an augmentation?

Wait until you have reached your goal weight before considering a lift. Otherwise, it may need to be redone. do remember that pregnancy and breast feeding can also undo a breast lift.
