I'm 26 no kids, and I would like to get a breast lift. I would like more upper fullness and a some sort of cleavage. Could I achieve this with no implant ? Also would it be best to lose weight before having a breast lift ?
Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: A lift can be done! Hello and thank you for your questions and pictures! If you are looking to enlarge and lift the breasts, there are many treatment options. The breast lift/mastopexy addresses the sagginess of the breast by removing excess skin and the breast augmentation/ breast implants will add volume to the breast. It would be helpful to see before and after pictures from real patients to see if surgery is something you would be interested in. Although upper pole fullness is attainable, a lift with implants would be optimal in this situation. Moreover, I would suggest that you lose weight prior to your surgery for the best results! Good luck on your journey! I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon who is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and has plenty of experience in breast augmentation & lifting surgery. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations. I hope this helps and wish you all the best in your journey. If it does, please take a moment to up vote this answer on the “respond” button on the top right.

Answer: Can I achieve more upper fullness and cleavage without implants? Hello and thank you for your question. If you are wanting to lose any weight, I would try to do so before the surgery only because this can change the results of your surgery. Based on the pictures you provided, you appear to be a good candidate for a full mastopexy (breast lift) which will put your nipples into the correct position, make the areola smaller and allow excess skin to be taken away, giving you a more youthful, firmer and lifted breast appearance. Some people are a little apprehensive to the full breast lift due to the scars (lollipop or anchor), but typically they do very well and scars fade over time. You appear to have sufficient amount of breast tissue and adding the breast implants should not be needed in your situation to create a fuller and more lifted cleavage. I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in Breast Lift surgeries to further discuss your options, specific techniques, concerns and expectations. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. I hope this helps.Good luck! Answer: Lift Yes, you can achieve a better placement of your natural breast to give more upper breast fullness and better cleavage. You do not need implants. Should you loose weight, you may be somewhat smaller. If you plant to loose weight, do this first.
