I want my face to look sharper & have a better side profile - would genioplasty pull skin tighter? (Photos)

Does my chin or jaw look recessed? If I got a genio what it pull the submental skin tighter and create a better angle. I'm also curious what the average total cost for a genios is. I was also curious why face is puffy and my skin doesn't pull tighter?

It appears that your sliding genioplasty was well done and the screws are not touching the roots of your teeth based on the CT. I don't necessarily recommend the removal of plates and screws but it can be easily accomplished. Based on your photos, perhaps some chin reshaping is all that may be...

It appears that you have a prominent chin which requires reduction of the boner and sometimes the soft tissue pad of the chin as well. Chin reduction is a more complex procedure than advancement and I would recommend that you find a surgeon who is experienced with these procedures.
