Does my chin or jaw look recessed? If I got a genio what it pull the submental skin tighter and create a better angle. I'm also curious what the average total cost for a genios is. I was also curious why face is puffy and my skin doesn't pull tighter?

Yes, a genioplasty would give you a stronger chin and jawline. Your chin is a little recessed, but by pulling it forward and slightly down, it would elongate your jawline and add more definition to your profile. This would tighten the skin as well. The profile photo shows a deficient chin that could be improved with a chin implant or genioplasty. In general, men can tolerate greater chin projection than women. greater chin projection will improve the cervical mental angle.

Based on these photos, you may be a candidate for chin augmentation? You do not seem to have any extra skin in submental area. From the side profile photographs, you have a very mild recessive chin, and your mandible just didn't grow quite far enough forward. Consider placement of a chin implant under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure which takes about 30 minutes. A sliding genioplasty is performed by an oral surgeon under general anesthesia in a hospital setting with an overnight stay, and is much more invasive.
