I (23 female) had a 7 mm medpor implant removed due to not liking it. It has resulted in some tissue laxity in my chin (I am fully healed), which I would like to have tightened. It is mostly present when smiling/talking. I am not looking for chin projection, since I like my weak chin after having seen it larger. I could tolerate 2-3 mm of projection if it would tighten my chin tissues back up. Is it possible to do such a small advancement and would it be beneficial? Maybe a chin tuck is enough?
