Would an upper blepharoplasty address the “double rainbow” skin on my upper eyelids, or is filler actually the way to go? My eyes have been hollowing out the last 5-6 years exacerbating how much the extra skin stands out.

I do not think the answer is filing the upper eyelid with hyaluronic acid fillers or grafted fat. What is going on here is your surgeon made your upper eyelid crease too high, removed too much upper eyelid fold, and surgery damaged the insertion of the tendon that raises the upper eyelid. You...
