Temporal and mid face lift - Do I need a blepharoplasty also? (Photos)

So I want to get a temporal lift and mid face lift. The surgeon’s assistant said that I would need a blepharoplasty included in the surgery. I kind of disagree. I don’t feel like I have a deep enough fold that would get in the way of surgery. But then again, I’m not a professional. Is this persons practice being honest or am I a potential victim of up pricing?

It is very difficult to evaluate underlying deformity (hollowing) on these photos. A condition is known as malar hypoplasia, small cheek bone. It is very likely that correction of the upper eyelids ptosis will significantly approve your orbital asymmetry without any additional surgery. Do ptosis correction first. Good luck.

Based on this photo and without preoperative photos to compare, you seem to have very good result after lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting. Asymmetry is so minimal that can be easily corrected with skillful make up. Good luck.
