My eyes make me look tired at all times and it’s been getting a lot worse recently. I don’t know what surgery i need to fix them permanently. I would love some insight as to what that actual problem is by looking at my pictures.

At least from the photos provided, there appears to be some volume deficit in the upper cheek regions. And, since the upper cheeks are a major support for the under-eyes, this often results in hollowing under the eyes and the appearance of "tired eyes."  
A robust HA volumizing filler in the hands of an experienced, expert injector can restore the necessary volume so as to tighten indirectly the under-eyes and create a smooth cheek-lid transition addressing the "tired eyes" appearance. This must be performed properly, so as not to maintain the appearance of masculine cheeks, while addressing the under-eye issue. You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector expert.
