My nostrils look too big for my nose after my rhinoplasty and my surgeon agrees. I am almost 11 months post-op and am planning on getting a nostril reduction. I was wondering, however, if the stitches and scars are going to be noticeable. I remember asking him a while back and he said no. But I will be in school and was wondering if they will be noticeable when I'm talking to people face to face. Like will it be obvious? Or not noticeable at all? Thanks.
