Good Evening! If you haven’t tried compressions, that may be a good start. A surgeon can direct you toward the areas which feel firm to see if softening can occur. I often combine this with steroid injections and taping nightly. If the nose still feels off after multiple attempts at the above, then it may be time to consider a revision procedure which provides better structure to the nose. Hope this helps you!
