I had a rhinoplasty on January. It’a been 8 months and I don’t like it. I feel like it has two different side profiles and one side is longer. My nostrils are uneven as well. I feel like it’s pointy.

If you have not had any improvement in breathing 1 year after your original surgery, it is very unlikely that your breathing will improve without surgical intervention. Your airway may need to be opened with correction of either deviated septum or opening of narrowed nasal valve or both.
