8 months post op and considering a revision rhinoplasty. One side is longer and nostrils are uneven. Options? (photos)

You would likely require rib cartilage, which fortunately can come from frozen donor rib cartilage to avoid the discomfort of a rib harvest. You would likely require alar base excisions as well to address alar flare and help make the nostrils more symmetric. Please remember that perfect symmetry is often not realistic, but improvement is.

Good Afternoon! If it's been 8 months, there may still be some healing and swelling reduction left to occur. I often wait until the 10-12 month mark to consider a revision. During the waiting period, I will have my patients tape, perform compressions, and undergo steroid injections. All the areas can be improved. Nostril unevenness is challenging but not impossible. If the tip is too pointy, camouflage grafts or complete restructuring can be done to create change. Hope this helps!
