I had a rhinoplasty procedure exactly two years ago, I noticed this as my nose was healing my scar wasn’t going down. It is really swollen and uncomfortable. I checked with an ENT and he said that it is scar tissue and it’ll never go but my nose canals are perfectly done. THe outside of my nostril had also healed inwards so I had a dent on my nose. I received a procedure including a filling for it 2 weeks ago and have realised that the tissue in the picture has swelled up even more.
