Should I get forehead reduction surgery and at what age can I get it? (Photo)

I am currently 14 years old and am very insecure with my forehead size and would like for it to be smaller. Would surgery be the best option? Or could I somehow make my hairline lower without it looking weird/awkward? Also what age would I have to be to get this procedure done?
