Does it look like my hairline is receding? My forehead is sloped, boney. I'm wondering what procedures can feminize it?(photo)

I've never noticed my forehead being as big as it is now and I'm noticing that one side is higher than the other ..my forehead is also boney and slanted/flat which doesn't look feminine at all. I was wondering if there's a procedure that can help fix this problem or make it seem less manly/caveman-like. I'm only 18 and I'm scared this will become worse.
