Very curved forehead - is it possible to shave the whole forehead, so it looks less prominent?

I have a very curved forehead, just like Rihanna's. I have already heard about feminization surgery, where you can remove brow bossing. But that's not what I want because my forhead technically has a nice shape, is is just too much bulged. Is there a surgery which could shave my whole forehead,from brow to hairline,so it looks a little bit less prominent. That doesn't mean I want a totally straight forhead, it shoud still be rounded, but just not as much as now.

Hair line lowering surgery should not change your facial features other than the obvious resulting smaller forehead.  Your forehead and scalp may "feel" tight but it should resolve over time.

Most people have a vein in the middle of their forehead. It is not a factor in hairline lowering surgery or hair transplant surgery.

Your forehead may appear bigger but it probably is an illusion when you wear glasses.  Or... your may have better eye sight to appreciate a bigger forehead?  Or ... as you noted it is just a perception when you wear small or tight glasses versus larger glasses.
