Extra skin under armpit from axiliary breast tissue during pregnancy. How can I get rid of this tissue and extra skin? (Photo)

chibaby15
I now have saggy armpit skin after my Breast tissue was pushed into my armpits and went down after surgery. I hate the way it looks. It's thick and I can't wear a tank top. How can I get rid of this Tissue and extra skin? Will there be an extremely noticeable scar? Also what is the cost for something like this and would insurance cover it? And how long would I be out of commission as I have a 7 week old.
