My cartilage graft is visible and very prominent I think I should get a revision done .is it possible to hide this cartilage .will this be very difficult and will I need to have plaster kept on my nose like primary rhinoplasty . Will there be a lot of swelling since this is my secondary rhinoplasty or will it be less since it's just the tip.please help .
