Do I need a lift for my tuberous breasts and would I get a good result without having implants? (Photos)

typically be done with breast augmentation so that the tuberous breasts can be corrected. The breast lift/mastopexy addresses the sagginess of the breast by removing excess skin and the breast augmentation will add volume to the breast. Additionally with this type of deformity, usually radial releases are performed to help the breast expand and look more natural.

I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon who is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and has plenty of experience in tuberous breast deformity, breast augmentation & lifting surgery. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations.

Breast fat transfer is a great tool to balance breasts, improve symmetry, but only gain up to one cup size in volume. Based in your question and the pictures you  showed, you are a great candidate for a breast augmentation with fat grafting and anchor lift. Since your skin is too saggy because of the tuberous condition, I guess that with these two procedures you could get a beautiful result. But dont dismiss the implants options, trust me, theres so many different types of implants and im sure one can adjust to you. 
In case you think about the implants, know that the size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.

Your breasts are large enough that you do not need implants.  The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.  Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall.The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition.My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. This can often be done in a single procedure but sometimes may require two surgeries.That said, it is best that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your photos, you do not appear to have tuberous breast deformity, but rather just grade 2 ptotic breasts. It appears that you have enough volume to correct the deformity with a lift and will not require implants. While an in person evaluation is always best to determine the optimal procedure, it does not appear that you will require fat transfer. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to review all your options. Your breasts are not tuberous but do sag. A lift would work very well for you, and you have plenty of breast tissue. Implants are not needed.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo's.   Your breasts can be lifted without an implant since it appears you have good tissue volume and milder form of tuberous breasts.. An areola reduction which is part of the lift , will improve your aesthetic appearance.  

I think from your photos that you would have a nice result from a lift alone.  You do not need implants unless you would like more volume.  During the procedure the position of the nipple would be lifted.  The size of the areola would also be reduced.  The next step is to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

You have ptotic, (drooping), breasts that are of good volume.  If you are comfortable with the volume when wearing a bra, no augmentation is required.  The shape and that of your nipple can be improved by an uplifting procedure.I would suggest making an appointment with a member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.  They should counsel you fully about the procedure.
