What can I do about tenting between my breasts?

I had a breast lift with aug in 2015 after 3 kids then revision in 2018 after one more pregnancy. Soon after, I noticed my breasts were too close together and that my skin had started lifting off my chest. My surgeon said that I always had breasts very close together (I disagree, and I never had tenting). I've seen 3 different plastic surgeons in LA about this, all said there's nothing I can do. This bothers me and I'd like to correct it if possible. My implants are 210cc and narrow i believe. Seeking guidance and a breast revision expert in LA.

Dear interestedinimplants, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to remove implant and capsule on one side and replace it with another implant. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon....

There is no set implant size for bra cup size. A frequently used estimate is 150cc for each increase in cup size; therefore A to C would be 300cc in the average patient. Not all bras are measured the same way. Usually, when I increase or decrease cup size its at least 100cc change to see results.
