A patient that has Breast Implants removed without a lift will usually be wrapped with cotton and Ace bandage pressure wraps for 5-7 days. After being unwrapped, the incisions may need a little guaze coverage until completely healed.
It is best to ask your PS as every PS will have different regimes and your PS will know what has been done. I personally only wrap for a week if needed.
As each patient is different, this question is best answered by your surgeon. He/She is most familiar with the details of your surgery and how you've been progressing through recovery.
I do not usually use a constricting band around the breasts after implant removal. You should ask your surgeon.

After a breast implant is removed it is desirable for the tissues to heal together and for the space where the implant used to be to close off. To promote this process, surgeons sometimes insert silicone rubber drains and put patients in a compression dressing (a circumferential wrap). Most of the time the compression wrap is removed after several days, but there is no harm in leaving it a bit longer.
Every surgeon has his own protocol for recovery. I recommend my patients wear a good compression bra for a few weeks. Follow up with your surgeon for his instructions.

If you are having both implant and capsule removed, you will need to have it done through the inframammary incision. Through this incision I would also have access to your muscle, which I would repair to minimize potential deformity. Please see my video.
It looks like your wound is a bit inflamed, weather the fluid is copious(a lot) would help your surgeon decide if the wound communicates with your implant. If the wound is full thickness your surgeon needs to be advise and he or she will need to determine the best course of action. Good luck...
