Considering Explantation due to Weakened Immune System?

I received a Revisional BA in February 2014 in Los Angeles. The Right Implant bottomed out & the Left Implant capsulated. Since then, my energy levels have greatly reduced, breathing is more shallow from pressure on my diaphragm, I've indigestion every time I eat & I've developed an allergy to ammonia, which as of yesterday became Anaphylactic. My question is: Does it sound like my implants are causing my weakened immune system? What are the chances the symptoms will go away after Explantation?
