Can I naturally get rid of my tubular breasts without surgery?

I am not aware of any non-surgical methods to correct this shape.  Generally it can be corrected with a simple incision about the areola.  Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for a good evaluation. Best of luck!

Due to the physical changes caused by tuberous breasts, the only treatment remains surgical.  There is no safe and reliable way to release an elevated, or tight, breast crease; add volume, if necessary; or stretch your breast skin to prevent the herniation of tissues into your nipples that causes them to enlarge.  See a board certified plastic surgeon who can help you make the right treatment options for your specific case.
