I'm a single mother of four children and also suffer from Depression. I'm a Personal Support Worker, who plans to go back to school for Nursing. I have very disfigured breast, that hang to the floor. I also have terrible credit
Answer: Free breast augmentation Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, free breast augmentation is not something that is routinely offered due to the various costs out there. You may consider going to a residency training program where they may offer discounted services. Definitely avoid any procedures that are offered cheaply in a non-accredited facility by a non-licensed physician.

Answer: Free breast augmentation To my knowledge there's no such thing as free plastic surgery, but if you're willing to deal with residents and students instead of experienced doctors and willing to accept the upsides and downsides of that, residency programs in plastic surgery in your city may be able to offer you discounted surgery in exchange for having the residents do the work.

Answer: Are there doctors who offer free breast augmentation? Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear of the tough spot that you are in, but commend you on your plans to further your education by pursuing nursing. From your narrative it sounds as if you would best be served with a breast reduction. If your breasts are causing you back and neck issues, shoulder grooving, rashes, and other problems, a breast reduction would help take the weight of your breasts away, while providing the benefits of a lift - elevating your breast tissue, removing excess skin, and positioning your nipples in a higher, more youthful position. Breast reduction surgery can even be covered by insurance, whereas a breast augmentation is not. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation to help determine the best surgical option for you.

Answer: Free Breast Augmentation Are there doctors who offer free breast augmentation? No. Even if there were you shouldn't go to them. Remember the saying, "you get what you pay for." Some people try to get results with cheaper alternatives--underground silicone injections, etc. This is a great way to end up with even more problems than you already have. Death and severe infection are two of the complications, which I am sure your four children would really regret. Now let's talk about your breasts. I am sure they aren't really touching the floor when you are standing. That would probably be a reportable case. So they are hanging lower than you would like. A breast augmentation isn't the operation for that. If you put implants under that type of breast you end up with a bump on the chest with the breast hanging off the end of the bump. Looks like Snoopy's nose. Most people don't want that. You are looking for a breast lift, or mastopexy. This is an operation to put the breasts back up where they belong. If you don't have enough volume it can be combined with a breast implant. This is also not something that would be free. Now let's talk about what is going on in your life. You are a single mother of four with poor credit, depression, and the desire for a better job. You have not yet started school for that better job. Fixing your breasts will not fix your depression. It will also not help with your poor credit. Surgery can delay your schooling. Sometimes people with a lot going on in their lives tend to focus on one thing. They think if they can only get their nose/breasts/belly/face fixed that everything will be alright. Those people end up really unhappy in the end. I am not saying that is you, but I am saying that you don't want to be one of those people. Fix the other things first, then fix your breasts. Go see your doctor and get that depression successfully treated. Talk to your school and get set up for classes this fall. Talk to a debt counselor and get your credit fixed. That will take a while, but you'll need it later. In the meantime, go for a professional bra fitting so that the breasts are controlled while you are working. You'll be amazed at how helpful that can be and you can do it today.

Answer: Free Breast Augmentation I would suspect that there may be a surgeon who would do a breast augmentation or some other procedure for free. You must be very careful in trying to find that person. There are many doctors who claim to be plastic surgeons or "cosmetic surgeons" who are neither. You may think you are getting a great deal only to find out that the job is botched or not performed safely. The only way to find such a surgeon is to start looking.
