What is this snapping/popping feeling in my ribs? (Photo)

Experienced a snapping/popping feeling in my ribs last night when wiping away residue from my incision. I now have noticed a large vein or muscle ( not sure what it is) from ghd bottom of my breast into my rib case. Most noticeable when I lift my arm . Have added a picture pointing it out. What is this? Is this normal?

Even though you are petite, I think that 240 cc's is a very modest size.  You will probably be a B cup following the surgery.  If that is your goal, then the size is appropriate.
