Tooth filling day before surgery. Should I reschedule to fix it after my surgery?

I'm scheduled for my breast augmentation tomorrow but the only time I was able to schedule to get my tooth fixed is today. It's a tooth filling with no infection , should I reschedule to fix it after my surgery?

If it is just a tooth filling and not say root canal, it probably is ok. I would check with your surgeon. Good luck.

Doctors may feel differently about this topic, but in general, the bacteria that get into bloodstream with dental work are only there transiently, so as long as the dental work is done the day before and you receive antibiotics with the augmentation (which most surgeons do), then I would personally not have an issue with this situation, but you should check with your surgeon.

Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource for relevant advice.  In my practice, given that you are infection free, you would be able to proceed with breast augmentation surgery.  Given that the procedure is done under general anesthesia, I would be concerned about potentially dislodging a fresh filling; therefore, I would likely as that you have the tooth filled after the breast augmentation surgery.  Again, best to run this question by your chosen plastic surgeon.Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with.
