I can feel my implant underneath my breasts (near the incision area). Is this normal or common?

mmart10
I am 7 mths post op. I received a back massage a few days ago and noticed this morning that I can feel my implant underneath my breasts (near the incision area). On the left side it feels like a bubble when standing up. When bending over it can be felt very much. I have silicone gel implants and called my Dr to examine but cannot be seen until one week. Im very worried and anxious. Is this normal or common? What is the worst case scenario or how would this be fixed?
