I am 30 years old. 5'8" 170 lbs. 36c (not full) currently. My PS said I needed crescent lift on one side possibly both. He ordered 450cc saline style 2000 smooth mod plus implants.
Answer: Implants My best guess from your photo is that 450cc will make you a small D cup. I am not certain a crescent lift is enough, but unable to tell from the photosGood luck,

Answer: What size will I be after 450cc implant? Is that too big? If a 450 ml implant meets the size that is your goal, then it is not too large. 350 to 450 is the average size that I routinely use. I agree with your PS that you need a lift as well. With your short space between the areolar and the inframammory crease, I'm inclined to use what is called a lollipop mastopexy (uplift). This would lengthen the distance between the areolar and the IM crease. Also, your nipples point downward, and a mastopexy would correct this. The nipples should be centered over the breast.Of course, viewing photos is not as accurate as a personal examination, so your PS may be exactly right. Additionally, I would also suggest using a larger implant in your smaller left breast to achieve symmetry. Best of luck to you.

Answer: The right size for you It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal breast image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your breast will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. To illustrate; a 100 cc difference may make a significant difference with a narrow base width breast, but much less of a difference if you have a wide chest wall and wide breast “foot print”. Therefore, just because your friend may have a great result with let’s say a 350 cc implant to make her go from a “A” cup to a “C” cup size does not mean that you will have the same result with the same size implant. . Further simply placing implants in a bra to determine the size best for you is not always accurate as the bra often distorts the size, is dependent on the pressure the bra places plus the implant is outside your breast and not under it among other variables. Computer software morphing programs that automatically determine the best implant size can be helpful in some but not all cases (e.g. doesn’t work well in my experience with existing implants, sagging or asymmetric breasts). Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon as I will further explain in the below link.#breastaugmentation#findingtherightsize#BA

Answer: Breast Augmentation - What size will I be? Thank you for your excellent question. 450cc is a large implant and will most likely give you a D cup. "Tissue based planning" relies on your chest and breast measurements and is the safest way to ensure good long term results. Your surgeon should determine what size and projection are necessary to give you your desired result based on your body's measurements. Choosing an implant too wide or too large will lead to problems in the future which will require additional surgery. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic breast surgery. Hope this helps and good luck with your surgery.

Answer: Not exactly my choice, but... That wouldn't be my choice of procedure, but there are lots of ways to perform plastic surgery. I find that the present lift doesn't last and merely stretches the nipple into an oval pattern. You need different sized implants on each breast. Saline is one way to go, though i never use saline and much prefer silicone. I would perform a lift/reduction on the right breast with a very short anchor scar, and a small lift on the left breast with a very short lollipop scar, with incisions in the crease on both breasts. Again, there's many ways to do this procedure. 450cc implants will bring you up 2 cup sizes. Is that your goal?
