Is this a realistic wish picture for me for a tummy tuck? (Photo)

Do you think the picture of the woman in the green and white dress is a realistic wish picture for me following a tummy tuck as well as Lipo with fat grafting to the hips? I have some natural curvature in my waist area, so I’m hoping that this is a realistic goal.

I think that you will be able to get close to the photo regarding your tummy and waist. i'm not as confident that fat grafting will get your outer thighs looking like that. Some of that will depend on the laxity of your thighs in order for them to "accept" the fat. Good luck.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a
great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior.  
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat
abdomen.  Fat grafting to your hips can be performed at the same time for improved
hip and waist contour.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
 The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with.
I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Your tummy tuck will remove excess subcutaneous fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity.  The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy.  Your natural curves will be accentuated since you have an hour glass shape naturally.  You should have a nice result.  I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired.
  
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

Looking at your photos it appears that you would have a wonderful result with a tummy tuck combined with liposuction.  It will remove the excess skin, and fat.  You will also get an improved hourglass shape with your muscle repair and a better appearing belly button.   You have curves already and a well done tummy tuck with liposuction will enhance you further to look more like your wish pic.  Good luck!

Based on the information and photos you send us, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction and fat transfer, to reshape your body and give you more curves. so in general yes, you can have a similar result (not the same because of the differences on your body type and hers). As you can understand studies and test are needed to see if you are clear for surgery but in general, if you seek the attention of a certified plastic surgeon, you should have a great result and a normal life. Based on your photo you appear to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck.  A properly done tummy tuck will remove excess skin and tighten your tummy and liposuction of the flanks is typically done.It is very very important to understand though, Your desired photo shows a very thin tiny waist and the patient may have on some type of compressive device.  The tummy tuck produces flattening of the front of the stomach but will not very significantly reduce the width of the waist.
