I'm a male who had gynecomastia surgery a few years back to remove lumps under my nipples. After Miradry, my nipples have puffed back out. It has been 11 days now and they're still puffy. I've tried using compression to keep them down and wanted to know if this is unusual or if I should be concerned.

Answer: Swelling after Miradry More than likely, you are having some transient swelling from the procedure itself or even the anesthetic solution. It will resolve on its own but compression is helpful. Follow up with the provider that performed your procedure for advice, as well as just to let them know what you're experiencing. Good luck!
