I had Miradry three days ago and the sweating has returned slightly. What should I do?

Three days post MiraDry treatment is still early.  Give it a little more time to heal and see your full result.  Most patients who undergo one MiraDry treatment see a 60-80% reduction in sweat and odor.  Reevaluate at 3 months to determine whether you need another treatment.  Until then, good luck and best wishes, Dr. Aldo :-) 

Your experience after 1 treatment is par for the course.  It should stay significantly reduced.  You may need an additional treatment after 3 months if it recurs.Good luck!

A few days post-procedure of miraDry is still
very early. I would give it a little bit more time to assume its full results.
Most of my patients who have undergone the treatment notice a reduction of
60-80% in sweating in just one treatment.

Though a significant number of the sweat glands are likely effected with a single treatment, all of them are not. So even under the best circumstances, you will still have some sweat production under the arms.  At this point, so soon after the first treatment there is nothing to really do except wait.  Good luck.  I'm sure you will be pleased with the results but know that you won't be 100% sweat free.
