Hi, I'm looking to fix a bulbous nose tip/crooked nose from the front. I'm pretty sure my skin isn't thick, as my nose bridge is quite defined, but my nose tip is still bulbous. I've attached some photos of the result I'd want to get, and I'm just wondering if it's realistic. Is it too conservative, just right, or unrealistic?

Answer: Rhinoplasty may be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance. The good news is that you have options. If you would be satisfied improving upon the crooked appearance of your nose, depending on your examination, microdroplet silikon 1000 injections may be considered for filling the interpretation along the left side wall of your nose. If you also wish to have narrowing of your nasal tip, formal rhinoplasty surgery techniques may be employed I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Answer: Rhinoplasty A modern structural rhinoplasty can straighten the your nose and reduce the bulbosity of your tip. Your photos are good. Simulation photography would be repeated in the surgeon's office from different angles for the express purpose of aligning your goals with the surgeon so that they can achieve them on the operating room table. Go on a few consults!
