Can I undergo second surgery 8 months after completely healed plastic surgery?

As long as you are completely healed, without swelling, from your above mentioned surgeries, you should feel free to schedule your rhinoplasty and chin implant surgery without concern. If you are healthy and want to, a rhino, chin implant, and facetite can all be done simultaneously and within a month of other surgery.

I am assuming that you did not have prior surgery on your nose. If that is the case there should be no problem getting a rhinoplasty

A full set of facial photographs would be helpful to make sure you're a candidate for both procedures. In addition, digital computer imaging of both your nose and chin can be performed ahead of time to give you an idea what you could look like with both a rhinoplasty and a chin implant.

I see no reason why you can’t move forward with your facial aesthetic procedures at this point.
