You need a rhinoplasty/septoplasty. You septum is not in the midline and you have a dorsal hump. Your columella angle is too low as well. The procedures will take about 2 hours to perform and costs $7,000.

I see the letters BDD next to your question. Perhaps 10% of people who visit our office requesting rhinoplasty surgery have body dysmorphic disorder.
