Left side: hooked, flat, right side pushes it Nostrils: fan, create triangle shape & droopiness Right side: still hooked, less flat, when I take photos I have to tilt chin up & to the right Changes hoped: Crookedness More square effect at tip (looking straight on) Nostrils brought in, made smaller Tip lifted so its at the height of my bridge Mass between nostrils (from the drooping) gone Symmetrical shape, as profiles are very dif. Lipfiller & eye surg. will balance tip lift

You need a rhinoplasty/septoplasty. You septum is not in the midline and you have a dorsal hump. Your columella angle is too low as well. The procedures will take about 2 hours to perform and costs $7,000.

I see the letters BDD next to your question. Perhaps 10% of people who visit our office requesting rhinoplasty surgery have body dysmorphic disorder. To get an idea of how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures, take a look at how we typically present results.
We typically do not take pictures showing facial expression.
Include your full face showing the front and profile from both sides.
Take a picture from about 6 feet away cropping the picture at your clavicles.
 to get an accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who have extensive experience with rhinoplasty surgery.
