Include your full face showing the front and profile from both sides.
Take a picture from about 6 feet away cropping the picture at your clavicles.
to get an accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who have extensive experience with rhinoplasty surgery.
